Auto Cut-off Unit
Auto-Cut-Off unit (Rough Cutter) synchronising with the spiral paper tube winding machine and synchronising generated by 2 HP, DC Motor, Speed Variator and R.G.B. The machine will be fitted with 3 HP, 3000 RPM, AC Electric Motor, Circular saw cutter, Limit switch, etc.
Tube Re-cutter Machine
Suitable to recut the tubes taken from Auto cut-off Machine, interchangability of Tools, Pneumatically operated Tools. Supplied with FRL, Directional Control Valve, 1.5 HP, 960 RPM motor, starter, 6 Nos. of Tools etc.
Slitting Machine
The machine is suitable for slitting paper rolls in to strips of various sizes. The machine will in heavy duty steel body construction and provided with 7.5 HP DC Motor, DC Panel Board, Top and Bottom Cutters, Arrangement for Top Ply Cutting, Loading and Un-Loading Device etc. The size of machine will be of 1100 mm in width the roller being 1220 mm wide.
Notching Machine
The machine is suitable for notching operation of paper tubes. The machine will be semi automatic type. The notch will be produced in one revolution of the tube. The machine will be supplied with 1 HP, 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, AC Electric Motor, Switch, "V" Belts etc.
Nozing & Polishing Machine
Machine will be of vertical type and suitable for nozing and polishing operation of paper tubes. The up and down motion will be through 2 HP, 1440 RPM, AC Electric Motor and R.G.B. eliminating manual operation of the Rotating Die. The machine will be supplied with 1.5 HP, 1440 RPM, 3Phase, AC Electric Motor, Switch, "V" Belts, Guard Covers etc.
